Your visit

This service gives you, our patients, secure access to a record of your outpatient appointments online.

Once you are signed up, you’ll be able to:

  • access a record of your appointment dates and times
  • receive electronic appointment letters
  • see a range of your test results
  • link your profile to your account in the NHS app to receive notifications on your phone.

All your data is stored securely, and the service is free for our patients and easy to use. Simply log in from your smartphone, tablet, or computer  You can use this service to track your own health if you wish to.  This is for your records and your clinical teams wont be able to see it.

How do I sign up?

If you have received a letter from us inviting you to sign up for this service, please follow the instructions on the letter. Alternatively, you can register using the instructions below.

Click on ‘login using NHS login’

Once you are logged in, the registration page (powered by Patients Know Best) will appear and you will be prompted to create a password.  Once you have completed registration, you can access the service via the My Health Record login page or through the NHS App.

Linking to the NHS App

Once you've signed up to the portal, you can link your account the NHS App.  This means you'll be able to receive notifications via the NHS App and securely access your outpatient letters, hospital appointments, and a range of test results electronically.
