Online payments

Automated Payment Services

Payments can now be made to the Trust and our Facilities Management company, York Teaching Hospitals Facilities Management (YTHFM) using the various links identified below.

All payments are secured and encrypted using the latest technology to ensure your payment details are protected to prevent credit/debit card fraud.

There are no additional fees for using these services.


Do you have an invoice to pay?

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invoices will start with 101.  York Teaching Hospitals Facilities Management will start with 202.

Please ensure you have your customer account number ready that is visible on your invoice and your invoice number.

Option 1 - Automated Telephone Payments

To make payment via our 24/7 telephone payments system please call telephone number: 0161 785 7144 and use the voice prompts to complete your payment.

Option 2 – Online Payments Service

Please follow the link below for access to the 24/7 secure payments service and use the menu options to pay the Trust or Facilities Management.

There is no additional fee for paying online.  The following payment methods are accepted:

During the payment process you will be temporarily redirected to our online payments service which is being provided to the Trust by the NEP Shared System Group (A NHS service provider).  Please note that all payments made through this service are processed by Capita Software Services on behalf of the Trust.
