Urological cancer

Cancer nurse specialist 

We are a team of nurses who specialise in the care and support of people with a suspected or diagnosed urological cancer. This may include cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testicle and penis.

We have a voicemail facility if you wish to leave a message, which we check regularly and aim to return your call within 24 hours.  We are based at York and Scarborough Hospitals and our working hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Resident doctor strike action

Resident doctors will be taking strike action from 7am on 17 December to 7am on 22 December. Some appointments and procedures may be affected. If your appointment needs to be changed, we will contact you.

If you've not heard from us, please attend your appointment as planned.

Please continue to come forward for care, particularly in an emergency or life-threatening situation. Use NHS 111 to find the most appropriate service for your needs.
