Our services

How do I make a complaint?

We are very happy to receive positive or negative feedback about our screening service.

If there is a problem you want to report at the time of your appointment, please talk to your screener and they will make every effort to resolve it.

If the problem cannot be resolved or you were not happy with the outcome, please call the office on 01904 726640 and ask to speak to a manager.

The manager will be able to put you in touch with the York Trust complaints service (PALS) if you feel the issue has still not been resolved.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can be contacted Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30 on 01904 726262. Please visit the PALS website here for more information about the service

Yellow weather warnings in our area

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for ice and snow in our area. This is expected to affect routes to and from our hospital sites.

If you are attending for an appointment, please plan ahead. Check road closures, leave in plenty of time, and drive safely.
