Clinical IndicationImmunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4RD) is an immune-mediated fibroinflammatory condition that is capable of affecting multiple organs. Common forms of presentation include autoimmune pancreatitis, sclerosing cholangitis, major salivary gland enlargement or sclerosing sialadenitis, orbital disease, retroperitoneal fibrosis.
