Library membership form

Joining and borrowing

To borrow items from the library, you need to first become a member and have a hospital library card.

Please bring your Trust ID badge to the library counter at either Scarborough or York hospitals and complete a Library Membership Form, or complete the form below.

Malton Hospital remains temporarily closed

Malton Hospital remains temporarily closed following yesterday's fire within the hospital grounds.

If you have an appointment at Malton Hospital, please do not attend unless you have been contacted and advised to do so. Our teams are reviewing all affected appointments and will contact patients directly to rearrange appointments or discuss the next steps. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work continues.

Malton Urgent Treatment Centre also remains temporarily closed. Please do not attend. If you require urgent medical advice, please use NHS 111 online or call 111. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.
