New doctors  - starter information

Welcome to York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we are very pleased that you have accepted our offer.  This page is designed to help make your on-boarding a smooth and pleasant experience.

Occupational Health Documentation

Occupational Health clearance is required before you can be employed.

A link to complete your occupational health forms will be sent from MyCority, our new occupational health system.

Please ensure that you complete this form at least one month prior to employment as not having occupational health clearance will prevent you from starting on time.

Should you require blood tests, these take time to arrange and gain back results hence the need for you to respond as quickly as possible.

For UK nationals, this will be your passport.

For overseas nationals, this will be your passport, BRP, and a share code which can be generated on this website: Prove your right to work to an employer: Overview - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) once you have received your BRP.
