Attend Anywhere - Hip, Knee, Foot and  Ankle

Welcome to the hip, knee, foot and ankle waiting room

On the date and time of your appointment you will be able to enter your clinic via the ‘start video call’ button.  It is a good idea to enter the waiting room a few minutes early.  You will see yourself on the video and hear music. The waiting room is private and you will not see other patients.

When your clinician is ready they will join the call and your consultation will begin. We will attempt to keep you informed of any delays.

Only patients who have been invited to attend their appointment by video will be seen in this way - all other patients should follow the information provided regarding attending their appointment.

Click the following button to enter the waiting area:

Incident at York Hospital

Please be aware that the internal access road to the Blue Badge car park at the front of York Hospital is temporarily closed following a road traffic incident. As a result, drop-off and collection at the main entrance, along with access to Blue Badge parking in that area, is currently unavailable. Pedestrian access is unaffected.

Access to all other areas of the hospital site remains open, including the multi-storey car park, where disabled parking is available.

We’re asking patients and visitors to plan ahead, as traffic flow into the site is busier than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
