Coming into hospital

Who's who on the wards

You will meet many different staff while you are in hospital such as doctors, nurses, ward clerks, porters, and healthcare assistants, for example. Staff have different uniforms, so patients and visitors can tell who’s who. The image below can help you identify some of the most common uniforms you will see during your stay.
