About us

Council of Governors meeting dates

The Council of Governors meet four times a year in public and is chaired by the Chair of the Trust.  Our Trust members and members of the public are very welcome to attend as observers, however you will not be able to contribute to discussions or ask questions during the formal part of the meeting.

There is an opportunity to speak to the governors outside of the formal meeting for 30 mins prior to the public meeting starting, and you can submit a question or comment to the Council of Governors at any time via governors@nhs.net.  The Public Questions Process is attached for your perusal.  If questions are received before 15 working days of the Council meeting, your question and the answer will be shared in the meeting.

You may be able to access the information you are looking for by submitting a request under the Freedom of Information Act. You can do this by emailing:  yhs-tr.FOIRequests@nhs.net.

You can become a member of our Trust by completing this online form.

Yellow weather warnings in our area

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for ice and snow in our area. This is expected to affect routes to and from our hospital sites.

If you are attending for an appointment, please plan ahead. Check road closures, leave in plenty of time, and drive safely.
