Eloise Ross

Art and Design Project Officer

Eloise is a professional photographer, responsible for the majority of the Arts Team's photography.  Her freelance work has always had a strong people focus and includes projects with various organisations including York Museums Trust, The Joseph Rowntree Foundation, York Theatre Royal and The Guardian. Having worked on a number of collaborative community based arts projects and initiatives Eloise believes that the arts has the ability to provide positive experience, breakdown barriers, stimulate memories, promote collaboration and respect, provide respite or space for reflection and to unlock hidden talents.
