Scarborough Hospital: Kinder Place Nursery

Kinder Place Nursery is situated onsite at Scarborough Hospital and, in partnership with the Trust, provides quality care and education for children aged 0 - 5 years.

This nursery is set in the grounds of Scarborough Hospital. It is a single-storey building with an enclosed safe outdoor play area to the rear.

The baby unit has an area for very young babies, an area where older babies can explore their world and become more involved in messy play, a quiet resting area, and a nappy changing room.

The main over twos room is a large space divided into areas of interest e.g. sand, water, construction, role play, creative area, etc.

Leading off the main over twos room is a room reserved for quiet play and relaxation, with a small world area and a cosy area with books.
