- York exercise referral scheme (need to be referred by a Healthcare Professional or GP)
- This is an exercise scheme that includes classes, 1:1 sessions and swimming. Based at Energise (Acomb) or Yearsley swimming pool.

- Your healthcare professional will refer you and Healthwise/ Better Health will contact you following your referral to arrange a time for a consultation.
