Our services

Physiotherapy for the renal service

The physiotherapy team is based in York Hospital, providing aerobic and strength training exercise programmes for patients undergoing dialysis in the haemodialysis units, as well as individualised home exercise advice.  We also run structured outpatient renal rehabilitation programmes to those with chronic kidney disease including CKD stages 3-5, transplanted patients, and those on peritoneal and haemodialysis dialysis.
