Can I have the coronavirus vaccine?

The vaccines currently available are not live vaccines.  This means they are safe for people who are on medicines to suppress the immune system but please double check with the vaccination provider before going ahead.

If you have been offered the vaccine, then we encourage you to receive it.

Please see the versus arthritis website using the links below which answers many questions you may have regarding your medication and the coronavirus vaccine.

Yellow weather warnings in our area

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for ice and snow in our area. This is expected to affect routes to and from our hospital sites.

If you are attending for an appointment, please plan ahead. Check road closures, leave in plenty of time, and drive safely.
