Staff Benefits have teamed up with Simply Health to offer you their Corporate Health Plan. Take advantage of the discounted rates, extra benefits and start claiming money back towards everyday health treatments and access to virtual health services.
How to save the Staff Benefits and Wellbeing section to your home screen
iPad or iPhone
- Launch “Safari” app.
- Enter into the address field the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Tap “Go.”
- Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu.
- Tap “Add to Home Screen.” The Add to Home dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
- Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap “Add.” Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPad’s desktop.
Android
- Launch “Chrome” app.
- Open this link.
- Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
- You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
What is a health plan?
The Simplyhealth health plan allows you to claim your money back towards everyday health treatments such as optician appointments and glasses, dental treatments and body maintenance such as physiotherapy, podiatry and much more, (up to the annual limits), which can be found on the table of cover here.
As well as claiming money back towards health treatments you also get access to discounts, video health services and helplines – all within your Simplyhealth health plan.

Who can join the plan?
• Your partner, who lives with you can join the plan and receive the same benefits as you at an additional monthly cost.
• Your children - add up to four children up to the age of 18 to your plan for £1.50. If you choose to add your partner and/or children, they will benefit from the same level of cover as you.
How does it work?
With just 3 simple steps…
Step 1 – Visit your healthcare specialist
Attend your healthcare appointment with a registered practitioner. Once you've had your appointment, pay, and ask for a receipt that includes your name, practitioner's details, treatment received, date, and total cost.
Step 2 – Submit your claim
Take a photo of your appointment receipt, either on your phone, tablet, or using a scanner. This is so you can upload a photo of your receipt during the claim.
Log in to your Simplyhealth online portal or download the SimplyPlan App and follow the step-by-step process. You will be prompted with next steps at each stage making it easy to follow.
Step 3 – Wait for your payment
Once you've submitted your claim, it comes through to our team. We'll review it, and if approved, give it the green light. Once your claim has been approved, you’ll receive a payment direct to your chosen bank account.
