Recertification is due every two years, this is completed via learning hub for the following equipment. You should be notified via email when you are due to expire, please remember to check your emails.

Urilyzer

  • Please complete e-learning package on the Learning Hub called 'Urilyzer recertification'

For the following POCT equipment, you will need to complete the paperwork for the relevant device. Complete and return completed training documents to YHS-TR.POCT.Team@nhs.net or via the internal mail to POCT, where we can update your certification records.

Yellow weather warnings in our area

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for ice and snow in our area. This is expected to affect routes to and from our hospital sites. 

If you are attending for an appointment, please plan ahead. Check road closures, leave in plenty of time, and drive safely.
